Xenical is a proven medication that helps to manage adiposis in adult and adolescent patients, age 12 and older.

Usage

Storage

Store Xenical at room temperature, between 68 and 77 degrees F (20 and 25 degrees C). Always keep it in a cool dark place that is not directly exposed to sources of heat or moisture and sunlight. Protect it from kids and pets.
Warning/Precautions

Doctors advise against using Xenical if you are allergic to any ingredient in it or if you have conditions like problems absorbing food or bile flow problems (e.g., cholestasis); received an organ transplant; you take cyclosporine; if you are not overweight.

It is important to continue proper diet and exercise in order to lose weight along with continuing the medicines.

The medicine may cause changes in your bowel or stool (e.g., gas with oily spotting, loose stools, more frequent stools). A low fat diet helps to reduce this side effect.

The use of Xenical in children is not recommended as its safety when used on children below 18 years is not determined.
